FyndNxt Refund and Cancellation Policy
In general, customers are not allowed to cancel Orders, Subscriptions, or any purchases once they are placed. Customers may choose to cancel Orders or Subscriptions within one day of placing them. However, FyndNxt reserves the right to deny a refund to a Customer who initiates a cancellation within one day, depending on their cancellation history. In some cases, FyndNxt may also suspend the account as deemed necessary.
If a Customer cancels their Orders or Subscriptions after one day of placement, FyndNxt has the right to collect a penalty equal to 100% of the Orders or Subscriptions amount as compensation for damages. Whether the Orders or Subscriptions are prepaid or postpaid, the penalty will be collected to cover the costs incurred by the Support Team and Development Team.
FyndNxt reserves the right to collect a penalty for Orders or Subscriptions that are canceled for reasons not attributable to FyndNxt. This includes situations such as:
- Incorrect details provided by the Customer.
- Changes after the delivery has been initiated.
- Failure to contact the Customer for information collection.
- Failure to deliver the Customer’s Orders or Subscriptions due to a lack of information or authorization.
- Unavailability of the services requested at the time of booking.
If services or plans are unavailable in an Orders or Subscriptions, FyndNxt will contact the Customer to inform them, and the Customer will be entitled to cancel the entire Orders or Subscriptions and receive a refund of up to 100% of the value.
In cases where FyndNxt or the Support Team or Development Team and Mentors, Guide are responsible for the cancellation, no penalty will be imposed.
Cancellation Policy for Project Development, Research, Literature Documentation, Technical Documentation, Technical Support, Training and Placement, Career Guidance, Awards and Rewards, Competitive Programs, and Events
Orders or Subscriptions placed using the Platform are typically non-cancellable and non-refundable. However, refunds may be requested under the following conditions:
- If the Orders or Subscriptions are not delivered within the estimated dates.
- If the Orders or Subscriptions have not been initiated by the Development Team and Mentors, Guide.
- If the Support Team cancels the Orders or Subscriptions for reasons not attributable to the Customer.
FyndNxt will review and process refund requests based on these conditions.
Customers may be eligible for a refund for prepaid Orders or Subscriptions. FyndNxt retains the right to deduct the penalty mentioned in Section I(2) from the refundable amount. A refund may also be granted if Orders or Subscriptions are mishandled, corrupted, or if changes are made by the Customer, and the Customer refuses to accept the delivery.
Refunds up to 100% of the Orders or Subscriptions value may be granted if Development Team and Mentors, Guide fail to deliver due to reasons attributable to them. However, not all orders will receive a 100% refund, and the decision on refunds will be final and binding.
Refund amounts will be credited to the Customer’s account based on their chosen payment method. The estimated timelines for various payment methods are as follows:
- If paid via Net Banking: 15-20 Business Days
- If paid via Debit/Credit Cards: 15-20 Business Days
- If paid via UPI: 10-15 Days
- If paid via Amazon Pay (Wallet): 15-20 Business Days
- If paid via Amazon Pay (CC/DC/NB): 5-7 Business Days
- If paid via Phone Pe (Wallet): 15-20 Business Days
- If paid via Phone Pe (CC/DC/NB): 15-20 Business Days
- If paid via Wallets (Paytm/Mobikwik/Freecharge): 10-15 Business Days
- If paid via Lazy Pay: 10-15 Days
- If paid via Sodexo: 15-20 Business Days
In case of payment at the time of delivery, Customers will not be required to pay for:
- Orders where packaging is tampered or damaged at the time of delivery.
- Wrong Orders being delivered.
- Requested services missing from Customer’s Orders at the time of delivery.
These issues must be communicated to FyndNxt Customer Care through the Platform before the Orders are marked as delivered.
Specific Terms for the Use of Platform for Placement & Career Services
Cancellation: Generally, Customers are not allowed to cancel their Orders or Subscriptions once placed. If a Customer cancels, FyndNxt may collect a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the Orders or Subscriptions amount, with the right to retain the value in case of prepaid Orders or recover from subsequent Orders in case of postpaid Orders.
Non-Customer Cancellation: FyndNxt reserves the right to collect the cancellation fee for Orders or Subscriptions canceled for reasons not attributable to FyndNxt or the Support Team.
Refunds: Customers may be eligible for a refund for prepaid Orders or Subscriptions, minus any applicable cancellation fee. Refunds may be requested for various reasons, and FyndNxt will assess and process these requests on a case-by-case basis.
Note 1: Customers should verify their Orders and products before providing details to the Support and Development Team and Mentors, Guide. Once Requirements are provided, the Customer is considered to have accepted the services, and cancellation and refunds are not possible.
Note 2: FyndNxt is not liable for spurious Services provided by the Support Team. FyndNxt is a facilitator of transactions and does not assume responsibility for unauthorized transactions. Dealing with spurious services on the Platform is discouraged, and FyndNxt reserves the right to report such incidents to the authorities.
Advance Payment Cancellation Policy
Cancellation of Orders or Subscriptions after the collection of information/details by the Development Team and Mentors and Guides but before work has started may result in a cancellation fee ranging from 25-30%. Cancellation of Orders or Subscriptions after work has commenced will result in a cancellation fee equal to the entire service fee or as per the first payment initiated.
